The hotel Le Place d’Armes is the only certified Relais & Châteaux in Luxembourg . We have been working together since 2012 and this year I will once again be performing at your table for New Year’s Eve ! I will do my best to stroll between the hotel’s three restaurants : the Café de Paris, the Plëss, and of course the Cristallerie.
Three restaurants with three different atmospheres but always the same incredible chef, Fabrice Salvador, whose cuisine invariably delights everyone. It is no wonder Fabrice and his team have once again received a one star award from the Michelin Book for the Cristallerie. I will let you see for yourself :
