PICTURES FROM ALMOST EMPTY LAS VEGAS …
I just landed from Las Vegas a couple of hours ago and thought I would share with you these pictures I took of Sin City as you would have never seen it : almost deserted.

I spent ten days in Las Vegas beginning of March for a great magic project, and obviously the city was hit hard by coronavirus. A few days before I left, the MGM group decided to close all their casinos and hotels until mid April, which represents none the less than a dozen of properties : Delano, Louxor, Excalibur, New York New York, Park MGM, Aria, Vdara, Mirage, Bellagio, Nomad, Signature, MGM Grand, Mandalay … Same thing for the Caesars group, whose hotels are closed until the 17th of April : Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, Flamingo, Rio, Linq, Bally’s, Paris, PH …

I feel both glad and lucky I could make it home safely. Flights canceled, flights diverted, flights delayed (up to 5 hours), travel ban from Europe, border closures … coming back home was a real obstacle course. Now that all my shows for the coming weeks have been canceled, let’s stay back home and create new effects !
