LECTURING AT THE TAMPA BAY FESTIVAL OF MAGIC

The Tampa Magic Club (I.B.M. Ring 175) will be holding a “mega day of magic” on Saturday, May 22. I was asked to lecture at the convention, and will do so with great pleasure !

First things first, thank you dear Tampa Magic Club ! Thank you to all the club members in general, and John Holly in particular, for asking me to join you.

I am really excited to participate in this virtual magic convention (until we are soon able to travel again …) and to be included in such a quality line-up of performers.

Among other artists, the great Richard Osterlind (American, 73) will also be lecturing. Richard is a great magician, specializing in mentalism and hypnotism.  I am thrilled to be lecturing in the same event as Richard, as I am a great admirer of his style. I have roughly fifteen of Richard’s DVDs and have used many of his routines throughout the years.  His lecture is scheduled for two hours, and I do not want to miss that, for sure.

Other lecturers include Diamond Jim Tyler (American close-up magician), Nick Lewin (British comedy magician), Matt Fore (American comedy magician), Christopher T Magician (American kid show magician) and Ken Scott (the incoming President of the International Brotherhood of Magicians).

Finally, Stuart McDonald will present his full evening show, “Richard Preston, World’s Greatest Magician” to close out the convention.

One day I will return to sunny Tampa.  In the meantime, I will see you there … virtually !
